No More Kindergarten!!

Dalia Graduated Kindergarten!!

Wohooo!! Mark and I are so proud of her! She is so ready to tackle first grade, once she is done relaxing and being a kid on summer break that is! We decided to sign her up for cheer leading and dance class, although she was only able to attend a couple classes it was very obvious to us that dance is her thing! She absolutely loves it! So we have decided to do one more session with Parks and Rec and then we will move on to a dance studio where she can really start getting her dance on!

Mark and I are doing very well. We just started attending classes through Central Christian and we are loving it. We already feel a great deal of difference in our life and really appreciate our relationship with God and both can't wait for that relationship to continue to grow and become stronger. We love our little family and feel so much accomplishment, we can't wait to have more little Kohuts running about! It's quite amazing when I sit back and look at everything Mark and I have accomplished and the goals we have reached in the time we have been together. Mark has really proven to me that true love does exist and when you find it, anything can be achieved! Little over two months until our wedding day!!! sooo stinking exciting!

ohhh Bella, those who knows us know that we have two children Dalia and Bella. Oh yes! We are the crazy dog people! We are really looking to find her a sister or brother (Mark says brother, there are already to many girls in the house) to play with,!! She really needs another dog to play and terrorize but so far we haven't had much luck (we are picky, we know!).

I know this is short but please don't interpret that as nothing is going on because we are always running about and busy!!! Thanks for reading our blog and making our family apart of yours. Please know that we love and appreciate our family and our friends and feel very blessed that your apart of our life!

until our next post......

Soccer Fun, Wedding Planning Craziness, My Adventures and Just Being a Family.

Oops! I guess its been a while since our last update!

Miss Dalia started soccer last week! We're pretty sure she is enjoying it and she actually picked up the concept pretty quickly. Here are some photos we would like to share of her big soccer game debut!

The wedding planning is coming together!! September 10th is approaching and I can hardly wait! There's this ugly rumor that planning your wedding is so much fun and exciting. Exciting, yes... fun, well I am waiting for that part to come :) Right now, I stress out about everything and have joked a couple of times that the evil bridezilla is slowely coming out. I am sure Mark would secretly agree with this. Really, I just can't wait to marry Mark and continue on our amazing journey!

Recently, I competed in an adventure race. Have you heard of them? Well, let me tell you it was easily the hardest thing I have done in a very long while! Basically, its a lot of hiking, paddling and climb rock after rock after rock. During the race, I was cussing up a storm in my head and absolutely hating life. It really was extreme and tough ( and it was a beginners race!!). My legs were jello, my back was aching and all I wanted was a cocktail and a swimming pool. Once I got home and showered, I realized I am absolutely crazy! BECAUSE I thought, okay I will totally do that again! :) Here are some pictues from that race.

Getting ready to go!
Oh Boy! Here we go!
Maybe this wasn't a good idea!

Nope! this wasn't a good idea!

The water was freezing! and paddling with your arms is killer!

Not even close to the end!

As your can tell our family is doing quite well! Everyday we grow closer and stronger together. Yesterday we went to our nieces first communion, as I sat there in church next to Mark and Mark's family I really couldnt help but feel so blessed. Anyone who knows Marks family knows they are truly great people. I think that's one of the things I love most about our relationship we both love each others families. My sister's come over once or twice a week just to hang out and its nice knowing that they love and view Mark as their brother and can rely on him for anything. This is what life is all about, so blessed we are.

New Year and New Adventures!

Happy New Year everyone! This year has already been eventful. We are planning a wedding!! I am already in trouble with "the moms" for being behind on stuff. No worries though, between the two of them this will be an amazing wedding for sure!

Mark and I recently took the munchkin on her first quad riding adventure! First, we must show you her quad riding outfit!
So funny!

She had an absolute blast! In her words "this is awesome!" Mark had a great time as well. He was getting some pretty sick air on the table tops and having so much fun racing around the track. Simple family trips like these are the moments that mean the most. Below are some more pictures we would like to share with you, enjoy!

If there is one thing we are quickly noticing about munchkin, its that she LOVES arts and crafts. The other day my sister (aunt chels) made her a baby blanket for her new baby doll, so munchkin decided it was time for her to learn how to sew. Aunt Chels helped Dalia make another baby blanket for her dolls. I think Nana has a little mini me on her hands!! Time for her and Nana to start some projects! Here is the blanket Munchkin and Aunt Chels made.

Mark and I will be going on our own BIG adventure next month as we head to Hawaii (Maui to be exact) for the first time. We are both so excited to go and are counting down the days. I am excited to go zip lining and snorkling and Mark is excited to check out the golf courses and do some surfing. Mark keeps threatening me that he is going to wear the Borat bathing suit on the beach and I am starting to get concerned that he is not joking. For those that don't know what that is, please let me share what this image could look like. Hotness!!!!!

By the way, the Chicago Bears and the Greenbay Packers are headed to the NFC championship game. This week we will be mere enemies until the last play of the game. No matter the ending though, one of our teams will be going to the Superbowl and we will both be rooting for the same team to win. Can you tell we love football.
